About fxVPS.io

fxVPS.io is an independent Hong Kong VPS host built for one job: keeping MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 running close to the brokers our customers actually trade with. We are not a broker, an introducing broker, or a signal service — we sell hosting, and nothing else.

Where our servers actually are

Every fxVPS instance runs in Equinix HK1 in Kwai Chung, Hong Kong. That is our only location. We do not operate data centres in Singapore, Tokyo, London, or anywhere else, and we do not resell capacity under other brand names.

We say this plainly because latency claims only mean something if you know where they were measured from. Ours are taken with an MT5 terminal on a live fxVPS instance in HK1 — about 2ms to brokers whose servers are also in Hong Kong, and 5-10ms to brokers hosted in Singapore or Tokyo. We publish the slower numbers alongside the fast ones.

fxVPS.io and similarly-named sites

Our only website is fxvps.io. Several unrelated hosting sites use similar names — including fxvps.biz and fxvps.host. We have no affiliation with them, no ownership of them, and no shared infrastructure, staff, or support channels. If you are checking a bill, an invoice, or a support email, the domain to look for is fxvps.io, and our only support address is support@fxvps.io.

What you get

Windows VPS with MT4 and MT5 pre-installed

You connect by Remote Desktop from Windows, Mac, iOS or Android. Nothing to install; log in to your broker account and attach your EAs.

Three plans, from 1 to 10 terminals

Lite, Standard and Pro differ only in CPU, memory and disk. Latency is identical on all three — the plan decides how many terminals run comfortably, not how fast they execute.

No long-term contract

Monthly or annual billing, cancel renewal at any time from the client portal. Deployment is automatic and typically completes within 15 minutes of payment.

Support in Cantonese and English

Same timezone as our Hong Kong customers, with 24/7 cover for VPS-offline emergencies. Email support@fxvps.io.

What we do not do

We do not give investment advice, manage accounts, sell EAs or signals, or take any position on which broker you should use. Trading forex on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Our latency figures are measurements, not guarantees, and hosting quality cannot make an unprofitable strategy profitable.
