All payments are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified). We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. Sensitive payment data is handled and encrypted directly by Stripe.

• Infrastructure providers (server hosting)

Data stored on your VPS belongs to you. We do not access, monitor, or analyze customer VPS data unless required for service stability or legal compliance. Customers are responsible for their own backups. Upon service termination, all VPS data will be permanently deleted.

We are not responsible for the data collection, tracking, or privacy practices of any third-party software installed by customers on their VPS, including but not limited to MetaTrader terminals, Expert Advisors, browser extensions, or any other applications.

Our services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

This privacy policy is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
